I always respond with, "in this day and age where National Guard troops are used to disarm citizens and cops are killing unarmed citizens, I can see what you mean." We took an Oath to uphold the U.S. Constitution, and part of that is the Liberty/Freedom of Citizens to do whatever they want to on Public Property as long as it does not infringe upon another person Liberties/Rights, and someone taking your picture while You and/or They are in a Public Place is *NOT* an Infringement!! It all comes down to Education, and these Base Security Yahoo's are seriously lacking!!

According to DHS Report #HQ-IB-012-2010, PSO's are to act in a professional and polite manner and that all contact is "voluntary". You cannot be detained or property seized. It repeats several times that contact is strictly voluntary. They also need to identify themselves.
