They need to install drainage pipes with pumps which leads into a dam , river or ocean so when it floods the drains should open and pumps to be switched on so it can move water out of low laying areas .

Main land Australia is very dry and many animals even are dying or struggling to survive, why don't they pump these water and use it where it may be needed the most.
