I ordered my Autel EVO 2 and the mount from Fly High USA. Super super friendly. I'm in Germany so it's taking awhile for everything to arrive, totally understandable.

Garret if you have a Thor system you should take the piece that goes between the handles and attach it. Just drill a couple holes and wire ties to attach it. Makes a world of difference.

Thanks Wayne!! I don't have a Thor but if I can get my hands on one, I could do the engineering CAD/CAM/toolpaths so that it could be mounted. That way the user would just need to pick the index rod to be CNC machined according to the mount

@@garretbryl625 I bought just that piece from Thor. I messaged him and got it that way. Makes it a whole new controller.

@@wayneladd7509 Do you have a set of dial calipers? If so, could you get the dimensions of the fastener and the face of that mount. It's a single point mount so it should be fairly simple.

Unlike your cell phone when you plug in and you using your cellular data if you buy the crystalsky do you need a data plan

Hmmm not sure I like that covering the entire standard controller like that. I know there is another brand people are using too for that tripletek controller.

What's autel's most important benefit for you compared to a dji mavic?

I fly the Dual for Public Safety, so my response with be with that in mind. The Autel Evo2 Dual has a superior sensor suite than the XT2 on the much larger M210. It's the only drone that I have tested to date that actually fulfills the multi-role need. Indoor, outdoor, day, night. I know there are others that will be on the market within the next year to compete but as of now, it's the only one.

The only Time I have Ever crashed was when the sun was blinding my screen.. Clip a power wife or a cable or some small twig.. Can fly blind and cant walk around with a hot black towel covering the controller and my face all the time lol
