Auth0 Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) using Twilio

can you confirm us whether it is possible to add MFA without changing the Define policy as Always. in my scenario, i want the MFA authentication post the email verification link checked, needs to redirect to the MFA page.

Use of the Phone Message, Email, WebAuthn, and Push via Auth0 Guardian factors require the purchase of an Enterprise MFA add-on to your Auth0 subscription.

I am ot able to do this. I have a ReactJS project where I would like to integrate twilio in my auth0. I followed the guidelines shown in the video but I'm not able to do it. when I enter the phone number while signing in it shows that there is some error. I am from India but I got a twilio number of US in my twilio account. Twilio is not providing an indian number. Please help me to resolve this issue.

Are you sure the tokens you used were live credentials. Because twilio provides one for test and other production. Not sure if that's the case. LMK what you did to make it work.
