I'm not sure, what is the first ingredient on the left (dark thick)? is a tamarind pasta? in Europe looks more Brown

Hi. It's a homemade tamarind paste. The bottled kind you will find is usually light brown, but it depends on how old the fruit is when you make it. Some will be quite dark, but the flavor is the same.

Tkanks for help ;-), If you could do some recipe witch thai basile. sometimes I order spicy chicken basile, but it's actually more sweet that spicy, and I love it.
