Oh no have not tried it with chicken breast. I have used chicken thighs and wings. But, now that you asked, I want to give chicken breast a try to see if it won’t come out dry. Let me know if you try it! 🤗

It should be at least 165 degrees or above on the thick part. I put my thermometer in all the way to the bone.

165 - You'll need to insert the meat thermometer into the thickest part of the drumstick, without touching the bone, to get an accurate reading.
