Puerto Rican pork chops with Italian dressing. Am I missing something.

Nope, not missing anything. A Puerto Rican friend actually added them to her pork chops and liked the taste so I tried them and liked it too. I didn’t use the word authentic because I know it isn’t.

What else did you do to the pork chops they looked more done at the end

They were two different cuts of pork chop. Plus the oil is hotter when you start cooking them towards the end which is the color difference as well.

Well, they should taste good, but nope, Italian dressing is not common in puertorican pork chops.
