This guy made a Minestra variation...rather than Minestrone. Minestrone pretty much always has pasta or rice in it.

Thanks for the explanation. I grew up with Italian school friends and their mothers always made minestrone with little pasta in it so I was confused. Now I know.

You guys need to try lamb Dupiaza from red rose in Mosley . I’ve had lots from there and everything I’ve had has been amazing.
