I can't wait to make this! I'm a cook by trade and this would make for a wonderful valentines special. I'm going to pair it with a red velvet cheesecake. Last year, I did a pasta with vodka sauce, and I paired it with a vanilla custard cheesecake. I love your videos so much. I hope to see more KZbin content in the future.

Chef Marco, I’m sitting here eating it now. Is it meant to be quite warm from lots of pepper? I assume so, but just wondered. It’s tasty.

If you found it to spicy just take not for next time :) The quantity of pepper you using doesn’t really matter for the recipe.

@@chefmarcoNYC yes, it was spicy, but very nice to eat. Is it traditionally meant to be spicy? I know the Italians like lots of Pepper, so I’ve been told.
