Was fully prepared for the last one about the "easy technique to instantly de-stress" to have a punchline; turns out it was actually a legit technique and not a joke about how impossible it is to lower your stress level 🤦♀️🤦♀️

The singing girl - beautiful voice, but I had to take one of my earphones out because for whatever reason I cannot handle panning/3D audio, especially not that fast. I get a horrible tingling feeling at the base of my spine and I cringe and tense up. It’s weird because I actually used to love 3D audio, just in the past several years I’ve started having this horrible reaction to it 😣

People often seek out that feeling, so maybe if you borrowed their response - breathing slowly, relaxing into it - it may reshape how your brain interprets it (if you want, your body, your choices) But if it makes you nauseated, then yeah, skipping ahead makes more sense

The last one was AMAZING. I felt more relaxed and my headache isn't as bad. I get tension headaches almost daily, it didn't completely get rid of it but it eased the pain.

I relate so much to the one at 3:37! Whenever I'm excited about something I want to tell people and assume that they would do the same, but rarely ask questions. I really have to pay attention to not come across as rude all the time! A few weeks ago my roommate told me he was annoyed with me because it took me a week to ask him about his three-week long vacation. But why didn't he just tell me if he wanted me to know? I really don't get it 🙈

The face slap analogy was spot on.... But I'd flash 🔥on the very first one and kinda want to crawl through the phone to pulverize the cow that's enjoying this way too much 👀

2:40 that is a perfect representation, sensory input that is bad tends to be like being slapped often and most of the time you cannot stop it from happening, you just have to figure out ways for it to not bother you lol

From his own TikTok, "I appreciate all the concerns for my safety, but my wife was not laughing at my pain. We had some wine & we're having a good night. I had to push her to get her to slap that hard. It really looks worse than it felt"

Am i the only one who get severely uncomfortable whenever i hear the panning in the first tiktok? Guarenteed trigger for sensory overload, every time.
