I was supposed to do jargon, it's like the term "Latin X" many Hispanic people don't like it, and it's sort of a wonky insider "Leftist" thing. I learned this from a French teacher I had, both French and Spanish have gendered words this is not really a thing in English. And she said they're going to be 100 women in the room and the female version of the word representing them will be used, and that changes the minute one man answers the room. Many women from Spanish French and other Latin derived language countries have complained about this for years.
