Over the years I have always managed spooking others just by being part of a group or team members as our piers. Many years ago Folk Law evolved around responsibility from everyone in the best way possible with the gods. Eventually the convict settlement took place so those who excluded would be sentenced from survival. Halloween has become a modern concept of social economic environments, in the hope everyone can be included in the mainstream.

When my sister was younger she would run off like Ezra does in this video. They didn’t really have the types of toddler leashes that are available today back in the 1980s. What they had back then was more like a bracelet with a clip of it that a leash or some type of rope could attach to. My sister was able to very easily slip out of that. When she did she would run away laughing/giggling. Ezra on the other hand seems to do this as a result of being overwhelmed or perhaps sometimes being curious about something new in his environment in other instances. Therefore my mother usually just held my sister’s hand and if I got too tired to walk and my father was working or at home I would just sit on my mother’s shoulders for the rest of the walk home if she didn’t bring my stroller with her. This is how things were until I was at least four or five years old and my sister was eight or nine back then. She’s now in her early 50s.

I saw a news article online a couple of days ago that mentioned blue jack o lanterns (and what they mean) and I knew I saw them somewhere before. I just realized that it was in this video on Halloween 2022.
@7Aheadfamily
@7Aheadfamily 6 ай бұрын
We used them last year, but we didn't use the blue jack o lanterns this year. It didn't seem to matter in our case, since we knew all the people we went trick or treating to. We know all our neighbors.
@thomasschoeck9080
@thomasschoeck9080 6 ай бұрын
@@7Aheadfamily Due to the neurological conditions that I have that effect my social skills (primarily) my parents explained my behavior to the neighbors on nearby streets as me being either “shy” or “a late bloomer” when we met with the other neighbors (e.g. during trick or treating). Sometimes if I was acting a bit younger than my age (crying, having meltdowns (which in those days were virtually always misclassified as “temper tantrums”)) etc. my mother would say that I was at least a year younger than I actually was and that I was getting tired. This often worked because I was very small for my age and my parents didn’t really know the neighbors all that well. This is also how my shopping mall and grocery store meltdowns were often handled. By the time I was maybe four-and-a-half or five years old a store or shopping mall employee would ask me how old I was and I would give my real age which was typically one to two years older than the one my mother gave. I didn’t really understand what my mother was doing yet since I only understood the concept of lying after I turned seven (as described in an earlier post). It seems that this is how situations like this were handled (best case) when I was growing up back in the 1980s. I found out years later that my parents actually knew my diagnosis after my two year checkup and the neurologist visit that followed when it was observed that my speech, social skills, and walking were not on target for someone my age. Not surprisingly I wasn’t able to say “trick or treat” or even ask for candy more directly until I was six years old (at least). This puts Simon’s current speech at a significantly higher level than mine was at that age. I think I heard him say “trick or treat” in this year’s video. That puts his speech up to two years ahead of where mine was growing up. That being said it looks like while Simon has no intellectual delays he still has about a one year speech delay compared to most other children his age. I know this because I recently rewatched an online video made about ten years ago about a kid roughly a year younger than Simon who was reacting to getting a new race car toddler bed. His speech was about where Simon’s is (he even called his new race car bed a “car car” instead of a “car”). This was in part how I knew that such verbal constructs as “car car” and the like are fairly normal during the toddler years. It is also encouraging to see that Simon is now (in more recent videos) in underwear during the day (meaning that he is also doing pretty well in this area) unlike someone a year or so younger. This shows that he is coming along a step at a time. It looks like if you continue with Simon’s speech therapy, etc. he should do well in kindergarten and first grade when he gets there over the next couple of years. For the time being this pretty much sums up my memories and observations on these topics.
@7Aheadfamily

Yes. He has about one year speech delay.

@@7Aheadfamily Don’t get too discouraged by this. He’s clearly both intelligent and curious. Continue working on Simon’s speech, social skills,and everything else he is working on and he should continue to progress well enough to do well in kindergarten (and later first grade, etc.)

That’s a different one we used to find all sorts of things in the bags of Halloween was easy to find you know specially we were teenagers because I think they used to put a long email. The album didn’t like the kids and we went crazy on Halloween when were teenagers but when I was little, I never like doing Halloween because there was a lot of walking. Yeah I know but the candy but at a certain age I didn’t eat candy very much that was a lot of candy that I do like like Swedish fish are we still on Swedish Fish gum candy and actually did something silly last night it’s kind of funny, but you know why I need a little help sleeping I can sleep a lot better, but I don’t sleep very often. I don’t get much sleep, but I always eat. That’s how I grew up. That’s how a lot of us grow up didn’t sleep because we have things to do and I want to do something but we had fun on Halloween but I always got candy for my mom. She had a sweet tooth. I was always like you know when I will always love slim Jim’s and stuff there’s a lot of fun it was fun but it may not seem fun to you. The way we were when we were when I was in this evening. I’ll pretty much will my friends, but with my family it was always a big thing and I didn’t like it because my neighborhood with my street is this hills and there’s a lotta good houses on how many gives full bars out and everyone knew because they were older people and they like the kids, but the kids get out of hand. You know who started getting out of hand like they were friends I ended up meeting up with me being friends and some of them are my best friends, but we are we gonna have a lot of a Lotta I talk to a lot of them you know I know people who didn’t check their houses and shut your doors and stuff but we used to do some crazy things with. It wasn’t eggs but I don’t remember ever eating something. Well, I think we ate my neighbors house because we never got along with our neighbors for the longest time you know when I was growing up we had a lot of people around but they were weren’t. They were kids, but they weren’t that many and I was the only boy growing up on my street but there was two kids. He lived in the house down for me. They never did Halloween they let the kids do a little and I get along with them because they were my age my sister’s age, but they they were went to Catholic school and they couldn’t even walk up the street and they couldn’t cross the street and I was like what the hell is going on and why can’t these kids have fun but that’s the way they were raised in the older one I didn’t get along with the little one who is younger mother, my sister is kind of cool and I like them we play kickball a lot, but the parents would have to walk them off the street it’s like that’s different for us but that’s how they were the reason yeah I don’t like the older one but the other the little one was cool and I don’t know where they went it’s not like a kid or anything and the parents try to like me in the head a lot and yell when I was little I used to like the mother a lot but then she got snappy but the people in the yellow house next to me we do not get along with that out, especially the mall the way you always used to make a find the mother and yeah the kid was way old man’s, but he lived with the parents all of his life and he was a joke. He’s still a joke to me, and he lives next-door to me my whole life and we never talked to used to try to Chatham self up and him in his only son but he and any time he wants go I’ll go like a lot of people I grew up with

@@7Aheadfamily we had fun with all the holidays. Yeah I had fun on Halloween but I wasn’t big on candy at all but there was candy. I love in the soil used to get candy from my grandfather who used to go to the age something they always had something good that I liked like snickers bars or something like that that the kids don’t like but I was like I’ll trade you a whole bag of candy for your snickers bars and they make me up I was like OK you know it was big at one time but now it’s I only got I gave a few things away this year and I got something good for the kids and them and they were really good they were juicy drop pop, gummy with sour dip. I got them from eBay. They were kind of expensive but I wanted to try it myself because I kind of like stuff like that. I don’t eat it very much because it’s all sugar diabetic so and a lot of times like to eat candy and like I said I took melatonin I started eating my gums. I loved. I always love like gummy worms and stuff but my favorite I always loved six lets I get them all the time on Amazon. I don’t get the little ones I don’t want them to choke on them because I talk to them on ones but I got it up real fast because they did like the little balls my seven year old are you sneaking to give them to me sometimes I hold my hand I always use it like to melted so I give them to them now because I was like why don’t I just do what I used to do is read it easy to choose you don’t have to sometimes they’ll split which is good but I always like to like melted M&Ms. You hold them in your hands I used to love, melting, M&Ms. I love peanut M&Ms, someone like the old sweet candy that I used to eat all the time and I like it like this I love licorice I’m big into licorice I get like Australian the six Australian licorice I love licorice it’s probably my favorite I really don’t know but I don’t eat candy very when we used to go to the store I always used to get like a honey bun you don’t like that they were $.59 apiece but they were two for a dollar and I always love chips barbecue chips I always win for the state line or Wachusett barbecue chips but they stop making them but we found state lines not too long ago but they’re not. They’re very salty and I don’t do salt very well but I always like to Wachusett they were they were nice and I used to get this grandma down the street it’s called the fire crack it was pepperoni. Roast beef pepper 🌶️ relish yellow misted and always put the vinger on for my id made for a for a a few people when I was cooking down a college and they loved it they I talk to those kids sometimes they still make them they said but a lot of times they didn’t have roast beef so I do use like grilled chicken or something and then walk them with the chicken and I used to roll them in a wrap and they were really good rap and I make them all the time if they weren’t so hot I want my you know the little wants to try them but they are spicy I don’t know I can do spicy people use that you think I was you know I know you’re not gonna do that. They were hot habaneros back then and they used to dip them in the Frito lays jalapeño dip in sauce and people you said you’re gonna one time the first time I did it yeah it was hot and I blew my mind yellow but I did it again and because I you know I can go hot but in some of the peppers I won’t eat and won’t try because some of them are hot like ghost peppers I don’t like ghost peppers like how how it like sometimes I’ll get it into just to try it like the other day. I got some wings with that new sauce Wingstop hasn’t it was pretty good I can go hot but not too hot. There was this hot sauce it was so hot it was just a little bottle someone brought back for me from South Carolina and it was the hottest sauce I’ve ever had and it’s like I still have no taste buds. I had no taste buds for a long time maybe like almost a week and yeah I was like damn that’s hot I could eat husband I had him that’s what I meant to Tooele jerking stuff I have some the hottest jerky I’ve ever had from down south,
