I had a similar issue working a food job years ago. McDonald's Brower it was called, where the truck would come and there was a designated person to unload everything but he quit his job so I always got suckered into unloading it on Thursdays. I ended up pulling my back out and getting no work compensation. I marked myself unavailable on Thursdays so I didn’t have to unload the truck anymore. There would be 5 skids of food about 5 by 15 feet high. It was hell. I’m so glad I don’t do that anymore. I'm so glad I quit that job and have a better job now
