I have not tried that scenario, but from my experience, no. If you are in carplay mode, your phone calls will be through carplay. If carplay is off, then you can use the normal bluetooth phone.

Have you tried after clicking Audio then when it asks from what “source” then just clicking Aux. This might work. And a question, Does the audio and touch response all work from fine or does it lag at all. I want to know any problems you maybe be having thanks.

The regular radio? That should be completely independent of this box. If your mean CarPlay music, there is a should be volume level you can set in the CarPlay, in addition to the volume knob.

Never tried android auto. But for carplay, when I am on the radio and a txt comes in, it switches to carplay and does not switch back to radio.

Mine is installed and everything working perfect except the screen is slightly off centered to the left. The 3 apps on the side and 5G symbol cut off very slightly. Any fix for this?

You missed to show the most important part...the one when you setup the bluetooth and the "nightmare" screen I'm stuck with (when shows how to connect either carplay or android auto)...I've tried everything on my knowledge to connect with my phone (galaxy S20), car is a 2016 Toyota Tundra, but still no luck...:(

Sorry to hear that. We didn't have any issues connecting with our Iphone to Carplay. Did you disconnect your phone from the previous bluetooth connection to your car?

That happened to me, black screen and nothing comes up, I wrote to request a refund and did you solve the problem or got a refund?

@josedanielpg2329 I wanted to get a refund, but by the time I tried to install and found the issue, the return window had passed, so I'm stuck with it. But I will try to install it again in the next couple of months...if I find a solution, I will let you know...👍
