That gauge is more than just a vacuum gauge. It takes in all sorts of data from multiple sensors to provide real-time fuel economy estimates. That doesn’t mean that it isn’t useless, however...

You could look for the serial number on the radio box. Should be a label attached with it on. There are online Audi unlock code finders that will find the correct code for your particular set up once you enter the serial of your radio.

The 318i is pretty capable though. Throw a small eBay turbo kit on it and it'll move. I drive a F30 and it's an absolute blast to drive. I may create a Copart account after seeing what you paid for your E36!

The code should be on the radio itself the should be a paper. My Mitsubishi galant was the same way and I had to pull the radio out and get the code off it that way

Nice little beemer there ✌️ for the audi if I'm not mistaken most radio code generators on Google need the radio serial number on the back of the head unit but i could be wrong it's usually the case over here in the uk. Id be more then happy to try and find it if you could get the radio serial code ✌️

Code for radio probably won't be given out without the car at the dealer. I've been there on this problem. It is to eliminate stolen radios. They have to read it with their equipment.

i know on the honda pilots, and i am guessing all honda, but i have only had a pilot, the code for the radio is on the side of the glove box when you open it. on my pilot, if you sitting in the driver seat, open the glove box, it was a sticker on the outside of the glove box on the side facing the driver side. it had no labels, just the numbers. hoopefully this will help you in finding if, even if it is somewhere else on the audi. good luck!

The e36 looks like a steal. No certain I'd be pushing it that hard, but it was entertaining. Your need to get all of your KZbin cars off to IAA before the big move. Then you can start fresh. Nice randy buy off bug spray or any with deet a paper towel and use that to wipe yellow oxidation off the headlights only do it on bad headlights the deet eats the yellow off spray and wipe

Randy, I didn't know you bought an E36. I own a 1995 E36 318i saloon (sedan) which cost me only £250 on eBay. It is interesting to see the differences between the US & UK cars. The M43 engine is a 1.8 litre DOHC which has a timing chain. I think the windshield forms part of the car's structure with the convertible so it would be a good idea to replace it. A cracked windshield would instantly fail a UK MoT test. I don't know if you have state inspections in your part of the universe. The headlights are made of glass so you don't have to worry about them fogging up like modern headlights. I reckon the E36 is the best 3 Series BMW made.

Hey randy I coulda got that code for you but sadly audi makes you look it up by the radio model number not just the vin # so you would have to take the radio out and look on the top of it for the model number and the unlock code is also stored onto the radio on a sticker

I miss my 98 328i vert. It looked JUST like this. Same color. But of course it had a straight 6. I bought a 2020 Turbo Soul. So I had one too many cars now. My nieces boy friend kept using her car which left her stranded. He was fresh out of jail and I thought, ok. This dude is going to work, trying to make a life for himself. So I GAVE him my 328. She was VERY well maintained, new top, great radio. Come to find out, they were on heroin and he scraped the car for drug money. Man, I was heart broken and pissed.

Lifetime warranty on oil and coolant to just have to buy it use it buy new fluid change your fluids send the oil in the container it came in and send it back there’s a process to use and shipping cost or just bring it back to the warehouse if you live near it
