Hi Randy, Autohold doesn't hold a certain gear in a car but When you brake your car to a stop, Auto Hold keeps the braking pressure you last applied. You can take your foot off the brake pedal and all four wheel brakes will stay on. If the ABS wheel speed sensors detect any rolling, the braking force is automatically increased until your car comes to a standstill again.

Randy, here's a hint for you on the key fob, when it's push button start and it won't do anything, push the button with the key fob and itll detect it and start the vehicle, in most cases

I own a Promaster City. It’s the SLT wagon version with the rear passenger seat. This little Italian fiat based van has some quirks. 1) if the battery is dead, you cannot remove the ignition key. There is an electric capture feature which holds it in the key slot. 2) the inside door handle is the power lock switch. 3) that van had the power mirror switch on the door up by the mirror. 3) the reason for the the window in the rear wall is to see through the wall and out the side window in the rear slider. There is a huge storage shelf above the windshield. My favorite feature. 4) the power windows are one touch down and one touch up. 5) the suspension is fully independent front and rear. Unlike most other little vans. 6) it has a 9 speed automatic transmission. The van you were looking at was the up level SLT Tradesman model. It has the painted bumpers. I like my van a lot. It’s the right size, plenty of front seat hip, head and leg room. And big front door openings for ease of entry and exit. That would make a good little shop van for your running about getting parts and stuff for your projects. By the way, there is a drivers side slider door as well. If you get the opportunity, you should drive one of these puppy’s. See if you like it. I drive mine every where. It can tow up to about 2,000 pounds, has about 1850 pounds of payload capacity.

I love hail damage vehicles for daily drivers assuming it is not noticeable and everything else is ok. I usually look for white vehicles as they tend to not show the hail dings as much.

That dodge avenger has the rocker arm tap of death like my wife's Journey developed at 100k. Avoid anything with the 3.6 pentastar 11-16 and I'm hearing even current models have the same issue with the rocker arms failing and eating the cam which is death for the engine. Avoid them like the plague!!

Yes watched a Jeep Liberty with that 3.6 in it lock right up after running 10 minutes with Amsoil engine flush in it 😮😊

The Versa i think its ECU got damaged from the wire damage. They were probing the wiring for the main computer. 😊

So far, my favorite is the versa with the bullet hole. It seems to me I saw a video someplace where a car would not start, and it was a wire in the rear trunk light area that was the problem. I bet if you replaced the trunk lid wiring harness, the car will start.

Heres another tip for you, and you may already know this, if you run your jump pack dead while your out there filming, you can hook it up to a vehicle that runs and let it sit for a good 5 min and itll charge your jump pack back up

Excellent walk around Randy. As for that work van, no way. I had the same 2.4L Multiair in my Jeep Renegade Trailhawk. Total junk, engine is made in Milfi, Italy, crappy fiat.

The noise on the gmc might be a cylinder misfire. Usally if the check engine light is blinking, it means a misfire. You can replace on of the cylinders for like 50 to 100 dollars

Those Ecotec burn oil. Mine made that sound. I'm thinking hydraulic chain tensioner. When I added a lot of oil it was fine until it needs oil again.

Auto hold is a feature that basically keeps the brake applied on so you don’t have to keep your foot on the brake nonstop

If the GMC logo is attached to a pickup or Yukon (Denali], it's a good buy. If it's attached to a Terrain pr Acadia, be prepared to fork out ~$8,000 or more in repairs in the future. (Source: The Car Wizard on KZbin) That little Dodge van would be interesting to see, though.

I think it depends on the insurance company and the state. I'm watching a hail damage on IAA in MI that has a clear title (37312920).

Looking at full search on IAA, out of 6031 hail damage vehicles: 409 say clear title, 483 say salvage, 8 say junk, 3 say non-repairable, 2456 say other, 2622 say original. #randomsample
