Great video, very entertaining. You guys are so funny especially when you are exhausted in the early morning hours. When you said you weren't showing the water heater room because it was in such bad shape, I knew it was next in the vid. I don't know if you know this, but, you never hold anything back. Your life is an open book. That is what makes you so appealing and a pleasure to watch. Then you start showing old TV shows and talk about them from the car aspect (the old Cadillac and the Le Baron). If you want the channel to keep growing, just be yourself. That is one of your gifts.

Forget about that large bill for AT&T. You are about to pay that house off and y’all move in, that’s a hell of a lot cheaper than a mortgage or rent. I remember that you had hvac installed, you painted and brought it up to par. The mess that was on the property that you cleaned up....you put a lot of time into it all. Enjoy!

Once the shop is done you might want to consider digging a pond. Add a little bit of tile and the water problem you have beside the house will disappear and it will increase the value of the property and your enjoyment considerably.

I like the progress update its refreshing something different. I was going to make a suggestion regarding the water heater. If you have a natural gas line running to your house. You could get a tankless water heater and make that space a lot more useable. It mounts on the wall and its more efficient than a regular tank water heater. Just an idea since you have to redo it anyway.

Randy, check out an on demand water heater at Home Depot. There is no tank to mess with, and you only heat water when you need it, then it shuts down.
