Thanks a lot! Very clear explanation about Relative Coordinates. Such kind of question was on my test! And I was not familiar with topic. But intuitively answered correct. First we always put X axis value, then Y, right?

Yes, Coordinate values are an ordered pair, first the X value and then the Y value and in 3D the third value is the Z.

can you have a drawing in wcs and view it on a sheet as through another position i.e. if you draw a building at 12 degrees from horizontal can you place the dwg on the sheet and view it through the viewport as horizontal and not at 12 degrees
