Its definitely built for auto/rally cross. I would assume the coilovers were replaced with solid bars so they could strap it down to the dyno very tight

When I read "Twin engine" I assumed it would be one for the back wheels and the other up front to make it 4wd. :(

It is 4wd, just for the dyno run the front diff is disconnected
