I’m sure you did the re-weld on the roll bar. Reminder on metals; bad welds create areas of criticized metal fatigue. You can greatly help the metal strength by using an acetylene torch, not too hot, and slowly reheating larger area to just visible glow and then back away and allow to cool. This allows molecules to realign and bond together. This is a technique lost to many. I’ve used this when oxy-acetylene 4130 on aircraft tubing in aircraft fabrication. Technique is exactly like tig. Suggest you grab your neighbors mig welder and practice. Doesn’t take long to get your settings right and a smooth pattern. Absolutely a great job on your Mustang build! That TCI stuff? I’d kill to have that on my 1965 fastback.

"like a hundred other things" Ain't that the truth! Funny thing is that I thought of this comment when in the garage last week prepping the car. I even was on my way to the tool box to get a screwdriver to tighten them. Got sidetracked and still haven't done it ha ha ha.

Maybe it's just doesn't come through with the camera, but the launches always seem so tame in autocross. Is it trying to reduce the risk of overheating the rears if you spin off the line?

They are definitely soft off the line. Think of it like taking a drag car down the strip on street tires. Spinning ain't winning

What are you using now for video overlay/telemetry/microphone? Is this the free version of Race Render? I'm having a lot of connection and freezing issues with HLT and my older Hero+LCD. I want to put something together that's more reliable. Any advice?
