I have the audi manual, and it say 15nm on those on top, and 200 on the axle bolt, what is the correct torqspec?
@autodocuk4 ай бұрын
Yes, you are right, the tightening torque on top is 15 Nm + 90° and the bolt on the drive is 200 Nm + 180°, this will be useful for us. Thank you for your attentiveness.

Today i lowering my S3 8P. I don’t know on A3,but on S3 there are no need to loose the half car...(only the strut screw, the bar rod nut,and 3 top mount bolts at end) It need the strut opening tool(same on video),but it is not work very “healthly”(or for many many times in my opinion)on S3 knee,because the material here is aluminum,and not cast iron...! The key for this job,is to find one good way to opening well the strut,and after is game.

It's never that easy in real life. Factor in sheered bolts, snapped allen key, rusted rounded off nuts, rapped knuckles and shouting swear words so bad your own mother would disown you.

We cannot show all the nuances and problems when replacing, this is all individual and it is not always possible to solve them at home. To avoid this, we always recommend that replacements be made at specialized services.

Wait, what??? 145nm on hub bolt? What happened to 200nm+180 degree turn? Also every manual states that fastener can't be reused due to stress that it previously received.
