ZXN is 14mm On mine the Hex bit on the top of the strut was a 7mm

the mecanic is using ma metallic tool to compress the coil spring , a metallic tool with no rubber or plastic protection, the coil spring is scratched , and in 2 years it gets rusty in the scratch area , and from there it may start a problem in time .

Are you sure there is ZXN 12 Socket not 14?
