Come along on this epic road trip from Los Angeles California to Seattle Washington in the AutoEdits Jeep Wrangler Rubicon JKU!
This adventure was inspired by my friends at Power Stop Brakes and since I completed that upgrade on the Jeep, it has been an amazing road trip machine!

Ive been in the market for a new car, and after looking at everything out there, my 21 yr old son said "mom if you could have any vehicle you wanted what would it be?" Without any hesitation i said "a Wrangler, then I'd drive every dirt road I could find" So tomorrow I pick up my first ever Wrangler from the dealership!

I really enjoy your Jeep videos, Jason. What I like is you're not a "know it all" "I think I'm cool" kind of guy. You're just a regular guy like me who wants to enjoy your a hobby after the work week is done, relieve stress. Even if you think to yourself "they prob won't like this video, it's probably boring".........just do it! I don't understand how someone could hit the thumbs down button. If it's not your cup of tea then keep on truck'n. Anyways I also wanted to say that the Jeep headlights and fog lights suck when out in the pitch dark, especially when it's raining hard. I bought Pro Comp cubes and set them on the pillar...........bad idea. When I'm on a dirt road that curves to the left, it's hard to see what's on your drivers side because of the brightness of the glare and the new blind spot the cubes make for you. Just keep that in mind when you buy your much needed off road lights. Have a good one (O|||||||O)

Yes, if you’re going to go past a locked gate, you’re better off cutting the lock or chain and leaving it open. That way you can say it was open. Get caught chopping a lock and that fine will get your attention.

Keep up the adventure vids my man. I’ve watched all of your Jeep vids since I got my own black ‘12 JKUR this past year and have begun making my way into the Jeep lifestyle just like you did. You have inspired me on new levels to get out and enjoy what we have before us, wherever we may be, and that even when we have limited time on our hands we can make it work for the best - for the sake of the experience, the knowledge and the Journey. I was just recently in Bridgeport, CA for some military training right after I got my JKUR and I was wishing I had it with me the whole time! That surprised me that you were right there on that highway through the lakes where I was as well. I am from North Alabama and it was the first time I’ve traveled to Cali/Nevada. Beautiful country out your way. You’re lucky to live so close to such cool places like that to off-road. You’re a rad dude Jason, I hope you continue to make more of these Jeep adventure vids that inspire me to get out and do so much. Thank you man.

Hello. I am very happy to find this video after the road trip I just did. I too took my black Jeep out for miles from Florida to Montreal Canada and back again. It took me two weeks because I faced my driving phobia (still have it) and only drive during the day. I too came across a closed road and also had to turn around because the bridge was out due to flooding in GA. I did some mild off roading, drove through some puddles and caught nasty rain on the way back in Florida. Also felt good in the rain but the wind. The wind in a Jeep is very scary. Was very scared on some mountain roads with wind but kept it slow and made it through in VA. Montreal had horrible traffic. It sucked but was glad to meet friends and family along the way. I would definitely do it again in the future. I could relate so much to your video. I hope to upgrade my tires once I save up and am also looking for some BFGoodrich but the All Terrain ones. You saw some beautiful things and again I totally know what it was like for you as I did the east coast version of this. I'm still trying to figure out how to piece all my gopro footage into an interesting video.

A similar comment is probably buried in here somewhere, but the eastern Sierra has a lot of incredible exploring to do with a Jeep. When you have several says, rent a condo in Mammoth or June, grab a Tom Harrelson map and start exploring. We have done this numerous times and have never been disappointed. You can even get a room in Lone Pine and explore the Alabama hills, Darwin, Cerro Gordo and a dozen other places. Make it a destination rather than somewhere you drive through. You won't be disappointed.

Just bought a 2017 JKU this past month and man, I am excited for what I can do now. Even though it's stock at the moment, I plan on taking this off the path when heading back to summer school. I live in Texas and such openness that I can not wait to encounter. I'm on an agenda, but leaving earlier may make it work. Loved the video, getting me pumped. More please!

First time viewer, very enjoyable content so thank you for that. Noticed that it was kinda hard to see you when you were filming at night, a solution for that is a red overhead light or some light. It adds illumination without being obnoxious or too bright. Keep up the good work!!!
