Envious.... I used to travel the desert and find myself in moments like this. Just enjoying the view, peace and quiet.. the journey. Nothing tops it. Now I'm on the East Coast. Pay to wheel in mud and trees, you can't just "drive" anywhere. I miss the sand. Enjoy watching your videos. Thanks for sharing them!

I want you to know that you and your friend Fred have given me the the Jeep bug! Can't wait to get one. Just turned in my mini countryman on a lease. Now trying to figure out the next step. I am 55 and still alive, better late than never. My younger brother just bought a jeep and he absolutely loves it. Looking forward to seeing another part of our country off road! Thanks for being you. Blessings.

I watched your Rubicon Trail video, thought it was great. Decided to watch another one of your videos and I amazed to see you were in Ballarat! Since the mid 70's I've been to Ballarat probably 200 times. At first as a child with my folks and then once I was old enough I spent 3 summers in Ballarat on my own. My folks would leave me in the care of Paul and Lil Jones and their two sons Nick and Tom. I've been all over Panamint Valley including Barker Ranch several times. I've got stories you wouldn't believe.....

What an amazing video dude. I live in the UK and have been trying to convince my wife to let us get a wrangler then modifie it so we can tour europe. She has always been very hesitent due to the fact they are heavy on fuel and the tax here in the UK on the wrangler is shocking, but after showing her your video and the freedom it offers to your life she has started to warm to the idea. Again dude, fantastic video and thanks for the knowlage.

My son and I did a Jeep tour this summer thru Lockhart Basin outside of Moab. We had 2 nights of tent camping. It was pushing 100 degrees during the day, and it was windy. The first night was absolutely horrible. We didn't have a rooftop tent, so we baked on the hot ground. Second night we slept in the Jeep. It was much better, but I will never tent camp in the heat again. Those cabins were really cool. Looks like a fun trip. I still love your Jeep.

Really great video! Loved the history and views! I grew up next to a sheep farm in IL and the farmers keep donkeys (preferably wild caught) in with the sheep to keep the coyotes away at night. My bet is that the donkeys had the water hole and were keeping the coyotes away. Hense all the noise both groups were making! Can't wait until the next adventure!

Terrific video! This is one of my favorite channels, I really like your style of editing and presentation. Making this one looks like so much fun! Doing precisely THIS type of trip is exactly what I have in my mind while I search for a decently price JKU (Or new Taco TRD OR). Reality will never meet expectation though, as I live in RI and this type of trip is just not possible unless I drive most of the way across the country. I really envy you westerners for all the wide open spaces you have access too. I was in Moab earlier this year and was blown away both by the natural beauty of the desert, and the vastness of it.
