Autoflame is a very nice upgrade, however we’ve been having a lot of issues with their gas sensors as of late. Very frustrating and customers are not happy. Hopefully that can get corrected soon.

Very good video thank you. I just took a Autoflame class with Tom Garrett and another gentleman from England, technology is so much better than the Siemens LMV, Steve is correct customers want that technology of touch screens and colors and ease of use, I’m located in NYC Siemens has cornered the market here for Parallel positioning here but I doubt for long, thanks again.

Great to hear that you were able to take a Autoflame class. The more people know about this product, the industry as a whole will be better. It is just a great product overall and we want to see it deployed everywhere. Thanks for watching and commenting!

To be fair, if you add the whole package, I.e. The mk8 mm, dti and ega then the savings discussed are just about possible in the real world environment. The comparison between autoflame and Siemens lmv is a bit of a non starter. The autoflame is far more user friendly and easier to commission in comparison....as a completely unbias installer of both....

Our bias is pretty well described.. we love Autoflame.. But your point about the commissioning being easier is something we hear a lot from out techs. Having the ability to see all the data you need to tune in the curves in one package saves tons of time. Thanks for watching and commenting!

@@wareboilers we have been using autoflame equipment for 5 years and we already have replaced 6 MK7 , error 5-12 V supply, Voltage on terminals 40,41 is normal, MK7 restarts spontaneously, CPU overheats source of problem haven't been detected

@@sufiomargasanov3952 That's quite the problem. We would love to help out and see about fixing this problem. If you would like, www.wareinc.com/contact-us go here and fill out our contact us form. As service providers, Autoflame tech centers have territories we service so while we might not be able to help you out directly we can make sure to get you to someone that can, whether it be a local rep or the manufacturer (or even us if you are in our territory!). Good Luck!

I'm very interested in how the MK8 is going to perform as our company is putting a new boiler plant up using three 800 HP wet back boilers and they are using Weishaupt burners! Our current plant is using Johnston boilers with Cleaver-Brooks burners and the ICS Hawk 4000. I am extremely pleased with the Cleavers- Brooks controller, but I am certainly looking forward to the Autoflame! Good video guys...Thanks

Thanks for watching. If you can't tell.. We really like the Autoflame Controllers. They are an overall good burner management system that has some great tech behind it. You will have to let us know what you think of the MK8!
