Does it contain caustic soda and will it speed up corrosion as well as dull the plastic trim?

It does but if diluted as instructed, it's overall chemical makeup is safe if used correctly, do not allow it to dry, do not work in direct sunlight etc. Ideal for haulage and heavy duty vehicles, for domestic vehicles see high foam tfr, multiwash or advanced tfr.

Can I use this as a pre wash for normal vehicles? Save on all painted surfaces?

Hi, it can be used as a pre-spray or through a foaming lance, ensure it has been diluted properly and do not allow to dry.

Is this OK to use on cermaic coatings?

If your coating has good detergent resistance then it will stand up to it - but this is a powerful cleaner, so it will have an effect, especially with repeated uses.

Yes, provided the surfaces are suitable. It may be a bit strong in some cases. Advanced TFR is a great option for cars.
