Agoraphobia: Fear of places and situations that might cause panic, helplessness, or embarrassment. Agoraphobia is an anxiety disorder that often develops after one or more panic attacks.

Actually more accurately its the fear of large open spaces or crowded areas
@katiecakesl46912 жыл бұрын
@@cadenbrown7407 it is actually caused by a fear of not being able to easily leave difficult situations. Though crowds and big spaces often are associated as main triggers, it is far more complex than that.

I developed Agoraphobia in middle school and I’ve been struggling with it for years now. Now in college, this song helps me cope. It helps muffle the oppressive fear. It’s a sanctuary.

@chaoticcow4357 Жыл бұрын
@@everybodylovesrayman467 yeah! people often call it voice cracking for some reason, voice cracking is the unintentionally shift of the pitch in someones voice, this is very much intentional. I feel like people should refer to it at pitch spikes (or yodelling) because of how it would look when the notes are written on a scale.
@bossboi25443 жыл бұрын
I hit the notes, but at what cost? The cost of my throat getting dry, constantly running out of breath, and getting strained a lot faster. 'Twas worth it.

i'm so glad i found this. i'm not diagnosed with agoraphobia, but i felt everything in this song. as if it was written for me. the only difference is i WANT to go outside. i want to leave and go places and do things. but i just can't because it makes me panic to the point where i'm terrified to go anywhere at all. i've been trying to get help for years and i even force myself out, but so far i have no progress to show. this song makes me feel calm and not alone. :)

Hey, Jade. As someone who’s struggled with undiagnosed agoraphobia for about 7 years, your comment resonates with me. I’m my heart, I’m a traveler & I want to experience the world. But because of what I’ve been through in the past, I can’t, because anytime I try to leave the house I’m filled with such a tangible dread and panic, so I’ve given up on it temporarily. Please, if you suspect you’re agoraphobic, keep trying to get out and get diagnosed so you can get your life back. You deserve a life full of adventure & one that isn’t riddled of panic and fear. I send you my solidarity & support. It’s really tough, but you’re never struggling alone. 💓

I don't have agoraphobia that I know of but I have severe anxiety and social anxiety I just discovered this song and it's so comforting. I relate to it. I try to avoid people and crowds of the sorts. Parties, social places, etc. I get anxious and to the points I have to leave. My social battery runs out quick in these situations and I feel like I can litteraly pass out. I even struggle maintaining real life friends because of it.

@omac183 жыл бұрын
Until someone makes a 10 hour version, if you're on PC, right click the video and click "loop." Should be automatic. If on mobile, try making it in a playlist and clicking redo on that. Spotify or similar can replay the same song over and over too. I get it, Be Calm by F.U.N. is my go to loop song.
@0seasidedream02 жыл бұрын
mobile now has a loop option when you click on the three dots (or at least some versions of youtube. I'm not sure if it's on all versions) so you can use that to keep it going too
