Automatic glue dispenser machine

The machine is designed for the automatic dispensing of methacrylate-based two-component glue (aggressive adhesive components) in any production line. The machine precisely dispenses glue from pails of approx. 19 litres. The extrusion of the glue from the bucket is performed by a piston moved by a ball screw, which is controlled by a stepper motor. This gives full control over the extruded volume of glue fed. We can make a dispensing machine for any type of liquid medium or thick paste consistency.
