What did you decide for the shifter? My rendering and measurements for my 1GZ Cobra build show I need to move it as much as I can. I'll need to adjust the tunnel width too. The tail is way wider then the old Ford 4-speeds.

Rad fab work! Stupid idea imo, rich rebuilds said it himself after doing his ls swapped slower tesla model s. Said Ev to gas makes zero sensel Instead be original and hot rod it by swapping in say a plaid power train and a racing spec lighter higher amp hour draw drag race battery!

Pretty sure for me -- complete novice -- I already see 60 full time+ days of dreaming & planning & sketching & networking, Googling & U2oobing ideas & parts & tools, reading comments, purchasing, receiving, LowesHarborDepotGraingerAdvancedAutoZonePep'Reillys runs, etc., alone ... nevermind the actual build. SEMA 2027! 😄 Looks like fun. A thermal runaway free Tesla. I think Nikola would approve. Godspeed.
