Corporate America will outsource work overseas to pay lower wages. It’s all about the corporate profit. During the COVID pandemic, we learned that all face masks and PPE were made in China. Most of the diabetic test strips, big pharma medications are made overseas. America needs to bring back manufacturing. We’re too dependent on foreign countries for our medical supplies, medications, technology supplies and most of our basic needs.

Our family has bought recently(last 3 years) 4 cars from a rebuilder. He deals with IAAI, bids on cars you select, with your $ amount maximum. Two of these were low mileage, a 2019 WRX with 2,000 miles and a 2020 4Runner with 4,000 miles. The 2019 had minimal front off road damage and cost us $15,000 after repairs ($9800 at IAAI). The 4Runner $18,000 (IAAI cost), $30,000 after repairs on front end, ans all airbags). The last car bought by the rebuilder and sold, had front end miner damage, was a 2021 Acura ILX with 28,000 miles. We bought it for $15,000 (this was 2 months ago). We have dealt with this rebuilder for 10+ years. When we have had problems he has repaired them with no problem, sometimes even coming to our home to repair. Our first car with a rebuilt title was a 1990 Toyota Tercel, insurance theft claim auction car. It had 4,000 miles, was 3 years old, sat in an insurance lot for 2 1/2 years in Florida then transported back to Illinois and sold at auction. This was a basic car it’s one option a reacwindow defroster. This car had no radio, nor antenna. It was a stick shift. I paid $3250 for it (slight under bumper damage, it was found off road in a bunch of bushes, theft recovery), someone needed a cheap ride to Florida. We kept it 3 years p, with 1 repair, at 77,000 miles my daughter sold it for $7200.
