I have the same truck in dually. The camera system's resolution is that of a 1990s cell phone camera. The thing chimes for everything you can imagine. That drives me nuts. Tons of power and the led lights head lights are amazingly bright.

+JJ Parker The great thing about the pickup truck market these recent years is that at the end of the day, in my opinion, you cannot make a bad choice between Ford, GM and RAM. These trucks are all extremely capable when compared apples to apples. We all spend our own hard earned money to acquire one of these and personal preference is, obviously a major component in our choice. My personal preference was the RAM 2500 Laramie Mega Cab. That said, Ford makes an outstanding product...as we all know.

Glad to see another person who has their preference but isn't biased! Very true. Today's trucks are pretty much all built very identical. But still have their own twists that make them stand out. I can say when it comes to GMs Denali interior on the trucks, it's pretty disappointing. Doesn't compare to the platinum or the ram limited in my opinion. You'd think for 70k you'd get a complete interior redesign. Definitely understand where you're coming from.

+JJ Parker Absolutely agree with you. At the end of the day, the one single thing that made me choose the RAM over the competition is the Mega Cab configuration. There is SO much room in the back seat...an additional 5 inches of leg room than the Crew Cab has. Plus, the ability to recline the back seats is very important to me. I'm 6'5 and 300 lbs. and I can sit behind the driver seat, when set to my position, and my knees do not touch the seat back. I also liked the RAM interior better but the Mega Cab was the selling point. I have heard that both Ford and GM are contemplating an extended Crew Cab design for future models which I hope they do. They're all going to be copying each others' innovations: The Ford tailgate step, the GM step up rear fender, RAM Box etc. All of this is great news for us, the consumers. We can never have enough choices. Best of luck to you and enjoy that rig!

I used to want a Chevy or GMC with a Duramax. Looked at both....frame rails have an over abundance of holes drilled in them and....each and every one of those holes has surface rust....brand new right there on the dealer's lot. GM also has the highest amount of Chinese steel and parts content of any pickup truck sold in the USA. Shameful. I test drove an F350 KING RANCH for the weekend...fell in love. I have no brand bias but, I can tell you the '17 Ford F350 King Ranch has no equal. If there is anything that this truck will not tow, I will pull it with my Kenworth. I ordered my King Ranch in Shadow Black monochrome paint. It will be built this coming week...3/6/17. By the way, the second generation 6.7 liter Powerstroke makes this truck so damn fast! Good fuel economy too, for a rocket.

Fully loaded King Ranch already stickers at 70k, this baby will tickle 75k easy. It's very subtle, but I'm noticing similar design style as its GM counterpart around the grill and hood areas. Nothing I can point to specifically, that's just the feeling I got when I first saw it. Is that a knock against Ford? Not to me. I'm sure this thing will be yet another home run for them. I'm not in love with the design, but it's not terrible either. Glad I struck when I did on the '16. At this price point both Ford and GM make very nice machines at a handsome margin. These are the vehicles that keep their respective companies profitable. The other vehicles are about breaking even I'd imagine.

I sell Fords and I'm having a hard time liking this front end and tail lights. Maybe when I see it in person it'll be different. New body styles tend to take a month or two to grow on me.

Ill admit the square look isnt for everyone, but at the same time the 2016 silverado is more square than this. I happen to really like the design of this truck. When I saw the first renderings It seemed like they were copying gms design, but now that ive seen a real concept, its very impressive!!

its more like gm/chevy's been copying ford on everything. Ford came out with the supercrews in 1999 i believe and then chevy started making their four doors after they saw how much people were buying them. They even pitch their trucks foward too like ford does.

Ford ruined the King Ranch seating. They finally had the seating figured out with the 2015-2016s. This is a major downgrade in the 2017s

I notice that this f350 does not have the ultimate pkg as does the f450. I decided not to buy a 2016 King Ranch because i didn't like the front flat fenders. The Lariat Ultimate pkg is far better looking to me.

FORD WILL NOT SELL YOU PARTS FROM THE DEALER IF YOUR TRUCK DIDNT COME WITH THESE PARTS. I tried buying cargo bed lights( that do come n f250 truck) from the dealer but was turned away cause they didn't come on my truck. I even called Ford about this and was told that if I put the lights on my truck my warranty would be Void. Wow what a dumb ass policy.

Get rid of that Craptastic chrome trim on the interior. Looks like crap after 4 years and starts flaking off. The leather seats look like crap. I liked the old look of that rawhide look they had.
