I recently bought a kettlebell to add some weight to my pull ups. Since I got it, I decided to start learning about how to use it for more than just dead weight. Talk about going down a rabbit hole! When I've been bored with my usual routine, I've been playing with swings, presses and just the suitcase carry. Soon enough I feel like getting into my routine again.

That's great! KBs are a fun tool with a lot of different uses. A good number of our Trainers use them regularly.

Such a great video - thanks Ryan. I can totally relate. Showing up is indeed half the battle. But once you're there it's amazing how things often just start taking off.

What did you cover your hanging bar with? Vet wrap? I got such large callouses hanging from my bar, that has a knurled surface, that I took it down and adjusted my rings for hanging.
