What made my cry in the Manga version is that exact moment Mineta was trying to trade his quirk so AFO wouldn't take Dark Shadow. He didn't just meant the quirk itself. He also meant basically "Don't take away my friend's First Friend". Since Dark Shadow is basically BFF or even a brother to Tokoyami.

Mount lady and mineta both proved that people can change and become true heroes. Mt lady prove that she isnt simply a materialistic superhero. She fought gigamachia and AFO simply because it right. Mineta is the pervert trope character but proved how brave he is by challenging AFO and telling him to take his quirk instead of Dark shadow. It shows how much he love his class and willingness to be a true hero.

Of course Mt. Lady is PEAK. Went from only being a hero to secure the bag and fame, to putting her life on the line again and again for the sake of others. One wonders if even Stain would be impressed and begin to think just a little differently in his philosophy.

Same with Uraraka and a lot of others heroes, that’s why I never agreed with all Stain said. But to be fair, they only got to that point because of society changing and in the end that’s what he always wanted lol

Wow, love your connection with the tears, Anna. I hadn't thought about that. This episode has two subtle, beautiful character arc conclusions that I love. The first is Kirishima, who previously berated himself for not running into danger to save his classmates the way that Deku did for Kacchan now following in Deku's footsteps to save his classmates from the same villain Deku did back then. What a sweet way to tie up his character arc. The second is Hawks, the man who once said he had no interest in training the next generation of heroes as he flew high and proud into stardom at a young age. And yet, in this episode we see him sacrificing his life as a pro hero to ensure that his pupil has a future of his own.....so tragic, but so wonderful.

Mina’s arc was so good from middle school to the war arc to now growing. The final arc gave everyone there moments

Mt Lady and Mineta are both great characters for exposing how shallow the audienceds can be Ever since she's first introduced, Mt Lady has been a great hero that always put herself on the front line or uses her body as meat shield for others, yet the audienceds just can't look pass the fan service and insist she's a shallow character, even willfully ignoring her development like in S5E14 Mineta on teh otherhand, he has been one of Midoriya's closest friend ever since USJ, you can always see him and Deku be together in class, and he's also been pretty chill with other 1A, who basically just treats him like a pervert little brother, but because he isn't handsome like other pervert characters in other anime, audienceds treat him like a serial r*pist or something

Having not interacted much with the community since the beginning outside of reactions and being occasional exposed to the seemingly inescapable all-encompassing shipping war, a few shorts that feature him rarely do so without making worse than he is/was. With comment sections that are just something else... So many "fan" works/memes portray and react to him in the most extreme way possible that it becomes harder to tolerate the "jokes"

Im gonna be honest. Mineta braver than me. If i saw all for one fold like 17 pro heroes AND machia in 10 mins I am literally playing dead. I am not fighting that (Wpuld probably be different if i was actually training to be a hero but still)

Dude this episode is craaaaaaaazy!!! We get Shinso bagging Gigantomachia, slime villain vs UA students, Mina going so Plus Ultra that her quirk literally starts leaving her body, AFO taking down Mt Lady and Gigantomachia within like 0.2 seconds of each other, Hawks loosing his quirk, AND the heroes failing to keep AFO from leaving the battlefield??? Talk about intense!!
