Just after I’ve been uk eBay for a mk2 audi tt 2.0 tfsi or the tts variant. I think as for styling the tts looks better but what gets me wanting one the most is the 270bhp over the normal 197/200bhp non S variant of the 2.0tfsi. Then tuning can gain much more with simple stage 2 maps and supporting mods.

I had a 2.0 tfsi Audi A5 from around the same era, 200bhp. Not sure if this had exactly the same engine, but it was known to burn engine oil at an alarming rate due to terrible implementation of the piston rings. I complained to Audi and they eventually agreed to replace them for free, but my car was out of action for a full month. Stressful experience, but afterwards I loved my A5.
@WentylSk88 ай бұрын
It most likely had EA888 (gen2) so more modern engine. EA113 which is in this TTS doesn't have the oil burning issues, but it had plenty of different shortcomings. None of them are as catastrohic though, but maintaining the engine may be pain in the ass when things start to go south. I was an owner of 2007 Octavia RS with EA113 engine and actually had a crash partially caused by a car failure.
