Such an emotive and powerful video. What an incredible man. I loved watching Gareth Thomas play for Wales and have nothing but admiration for him as a player and as an ambassador for two of this country's biggest taboos. Homosexuality and mental health. He will no doubt have given so many people so much courage to live as open and honest people with themselves and within society. What an incredibly brave and humble man. He has already given so much and by his own testament still has so much more to give.
