Drag coefficient less than a prius doesnt mean it has less drag than a prius. Its a measurement of the drag based on its size, as its physically bigger it will still have much higher drag than an original Prius. Companies use it a little misleadingly

I also don't think you quoted a range for the 'Performance' model. I doubt that 350+ miles mentioned will apply

It's a lot larger and more spacious, with a 40% larger battery, so the weight kinda scales up decently. They did quote a range of more than 300 miles regardless of powertrains, but as with all claims, I'd be wary still

I guess the UK isn’t the target market. We’re not really a first world country anymore, most people are not in a position to buy something like this. Conversely, countries we might think are ‘developing’ are light years ahead of the UK now. Those are the target markets - China, South Korea, Japan, Thailand. This car will sell well in those markets.

The way these marketing teams are trying to make out these sheds have superior aerodynamics with a low "cd" rating. But in actual fact their true Aerodynamic efficiency is terrible due to the massive "Front Cross-Sectional area". Which causes huge wind resistance at high speed. And so requires far more energy to keep it moving at say 70mph.

I have a hard time seeing the need for this car in general. Seems like they want to make car for the american market and just skip the EU market where the main market for hyundai is. Even in South Korea it will most likely not be sold due to not being allowed in the cities due to size fo the car. Bigger doesn't mean better. Just bigger. It will probably not sell well outside of the US market where bigger is always better for some odd reason.
