Just because you keep bringing up that you've done a bunch of F-150 videos in a row and you don't want us to get bored, I will say this- DUDE!!!! You're F-150 is badass!!!! I love these videos everyday where you do just one minor change to it and holy crap, it totally changes the look. I really like this!! It's too bad they didn't have the rims you wanted because I can't wait to this thing lifted with new rims and tires. Good call on the lights too. I never even thought of changing those.

Tom LED license plate light bulbs, yes. In majority of states, it cannot be too blue (blue and red are reserved for emergency vehicles). A cool white hue is perfectly acceptable, however.

Working on my 2015 F150 now, so far rims and tires, step bars. My Anzo switch back led head lights and new led fog lights are on the way. Can't wait! Next is the tail lights for me.

as a guy who lives in Nevada those tail lights could be a great dust trap, and as a guy who works in Powder coating, i would recomend powder coating your bumpers and running boards to match( and maybe wheels). Cardnal BK62 or bk08 for textured, and by Axalta Alesta Bumper black for gloss and Black Magic ll for matte (all black).

I like the black lug nutz on the Raptor better, the contrast ones were fine because of the chrome/polished aluminum around the Ford on the wheel caps. So stoked that you got matching head lights errr I mean tail lights. lol ... I figured that they were coming soon and definitely compliment the front end. I like the design, they do widen the rear end more. As you know from my previous blogs on your vlogs I am thoroughly enjoying this build and am glad that you went this route instead of just a lease on a new sporty AWD sedan. You are having fun with this, and once the new bumpers come in and or wrapped along with the lift and wheels tires it will look even meaner and rival the Raptor. Also nice to see some sunny weather so you can get the AMG out, hopefully the slow boat from Germany will get here soon with your windshield it is getting worse. AV, really enjoying the F150 series. I picked up a 2017 F150 last month and plan on doing a 2" level, new wheels and tires, window tint, new exhaust (but not as loud as the Atak) and thanks to you new lights. I'm undecided on the Raptor style grill. Cheap and easy next mod for you: a tailgate assist shock (I had a DeeZee on my last truck). Looking forward to watching more mods from you!

I must admit I was so sceptic when you kept the truck. But this is a big transformation! I liked the red tail lights but this matches the new front one. Yep new bumpers! Maybe get cover for bed and customize the interior! Mike can you upgrade something in the Benz? Like new AMG steering wheel, or new infotainment display? From new C-Class?

I put some Spyder smoked led taillights and headlights on my 2010 F150. Its lifted 6" on 35s... I still have alittle chrome. Left on it since it's a lariat. But I couldn't be more happy with the mods I did that are similar to yours! I'd recommend doing a third LED brake light as well to match everything up!

I have the exact same lighting and grille setup. For the Headlights, I swapping the low beam halogen bulbs with LED bulbs. I encourage you to tried it too!

Hey Mike, I live in the Flint, Michigan area. I just bought a new 2018 F-150 Fx4 and I love it. Anyway, I love the green oval in the corner of the front windshield that references the Dearborn plant and Rouge factory. Do the LED backing lights provide (significantly) more light than the factory single bulbs? I wanted to upgrade my backing bulbs to LED, but if the light provided by the multiple LEDs is significant, maybe I will go with a whole new assembly.

Heads up, you might want to take advantage of those mounting bracket holes that come on the resistors and bolt it in. I have an older set of Anzo tail lights on my truck and not only were the boxes bigger they had no fastener holes. Because of that overtime with rain, mud, and all kinds of shock the adhesive worked itself lose without me knowing. This resulted in the boxes (due to their weight) tearing the wires for said resistor boxes. As a result the boxes do not do their job anymore not that it seems to have made a difference with anything at least for me. I do plan on changing the lights themselves for a set similar to what you got in the future but I'm doing all the performance modifications first before I touch anything looks wise. Just wanted to let you know.

I like the lights, the only question I have is you attached the resistor with tape. Is that going to be a pain in the neck if you ever have to remove them? If so it may have been better to stick the resistor to the lamp housing.

Taillights look great. Have you checked out Barricade Extreme HD bumpers? They have a nice one that I would consider for my 2006 F150 - has a step cut out on the corners, comes in black with holes for the backup sensors. They may have one for the 2015+ years.

Those "Tail Lights(love how you kept referring to them as headlights, lol) look so MEAN and AWESOME. I love the fact that they're beefy as well. In regards to it sticking out form the body and people not liking it, whatever.... What you need to do now for your next modification, is get some fender flares, rear and front. Then it will look really mean and aggressive. Can I say I am disliking the FX4 badges the more and more now, and the chrome front and rear bumper. cant wait to see them go. What!!!! You actually turn wrenches? Ya big lug nut! Kidding man. I like the fact you are excited about the lamps but I personally don't like that they stick out and the black plastic looks shiny. I think plain OEM bumpers are not too expensive and you could get your Ford shop to paint it to match. You could sell your stocker and recover a few buck. Way better than attempting a wrap or spraying with plasti dip.

Mike, once you get some beefier wheels and tyres, you'll have a better looking truck. The only reason I feel lit looks dumb is that the wheels are chrome and the fact that it is an all black truck. Once you do a chrome delete, it will look amazing. Tastefully done.!! Checkout, streetspeed 's duramax, it has chunky tyres, and it sets it apart and looks meaner.!! Good vid mate.!!

I have a similar setup on my 2012 grey f150. It's a supercab 6.5 bef. I have the wheels from a fx4 or a STX and raptor stype headlights and taillights.basically just the normal headlights but instead of chrome it's black trim.

When you did the POV drive in the Benz I was sitting here thinking "I recognize that place, and that exit, and that landmark..." lol. The dark lights look good against the black truck, and I think the black lugs on the Raptor were also the right call.

I would keep the rear Fx4 emblems though, they match very well with the new taillights and maybe try to have the front F150 emblems painted or wrapped in same color scheme - red "F" and gray or gunmetal "150".

Have you looked at the ranchhand bumpers? They have a much higher "trim" bumper for show trucks. Its the Horison series front bumper with the sport series rear. Just what i would do. Much thicker guage steel too

Love watching you mod the 150 Mike. Taillights look great! I've purchased LED tails and the Anzo are most definitely the best choice. Have you considered a Bed Rug/Bed Tred Ultra? Great non-permanent liner. It's weather proof, cushy and almost tear proof. I think aside from it adding to the look, it gives the truck a more solid feel. I bet the exhaust would benefit from not echoing off the empty bed... Just a thought. Keep up the great work Mike. John Masi.

You might want to get a wheel specific or spark plug socket to keep the lug nuts black coating from getting damaged.

Tail lights look Awesome! One question though, why does it seem like everyone HATES chrome, personally I think chrome makes the truck look nicer and less cheap. Although the chrome lug nuts on the raptor needs to go, there is such a thing as too much chrome. And one more thing LINEX THE BED ALREADY! THE BARE BED IS DRIVING ME CRAZY!!!!

I went for the Recon tail lights on mine as they are not as bulky and stick out. Also I think the visibility is low with these as only 2 little strips are seen from behind.

I got some SPEC-D L.E.D tail lights for my ford focus.....I was not pleased. The L.E.D sigs were too dim, this was very much apparent during a sunny day. i do a lot of highway and city driving and all I need is for someone to side swipe me because they didnt see my turn sigs on. I was upset I had to return them because the rest of the L.E.D fixture worked fine. Anyway I think these L.E.D lights look sick on your truck. The smoked black look really pronounces the aggressiveness
