Excelent video! For once a realistic video where I see a professional actually 'suffering' with the exercise. Usually people make it look so easy and painless and when I try it is nothing like I expected. This is a great motivation... knowing it is hard but possible to do.

I was told I was ill-fated, I was told I couldn't go to college, I should live in the ghetto. I would have trouble in my marriage or I'm trouble and no man would put up with me. I'm currently a teacher in my 13th year I teach literacy. Yee, I have two college degrees. I being pursued by my future life partner and God is right in the middle directing my love story. oh I lost 154lbs. no surgery, pills, or shakes and I've been told I'll have to have surgery to get rid of excess skin. I plan on lifting weights to improve my frame! all things are possible for me

I LOVED this workout! I did this after a kettlebell workout, which are my favourite. I will be 54 in April, I have 2 daughter's 26 and 30, and 2 granddaughters. Both my girls are currently doing your 80 day obsession!

Hi there, today is a good day because I "found" this good workout for my less than perfect arms. I never had "bat arms", but this year I've been too busy to workout and the horrible "side effect" is flabby arms. Hope, pray, fingers crossed that this workout will help my arms to go back to my lean and toned arms I have always had. . . nevermind I am pushing 60!! Aug. 25, 2019

GOOD JOB Autumn!! Whenever someone says, "I can't"! I say, "Consider it done"! I use that negative energy as a vote of confidence!!! I literally work triceps daily, and it's definitely worth the work. It doesn't take much to show improvement... You are awesome!!!👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Best triceps workout on You Tube. Is there any chance you could do this with breaks in between exercises? I am 50 years old and I find it difficult to get up and press pause button to rest in between. Thank you

This routine is amazing. Thank you for posting it. I tried to complete a second rep and my triceps were already burnt out. I made it mostly through but couldn't do a third. Will try again in a few days!

I am a mother and the only part of my body that I cant seem to get to tighten up is my lower ab area. The dreaded Mommy tummy. I have been doing the 21 Day Fix for two months now and even do the flat ab fix once or twice a week. Would you consider doing a lower ab video for mothers?

Yes. Just go very light and do more reps, can do more than 15 reps, build strength that way until you can do more weight.

it's the best from all of the tricep workouts I was able to find. I feel burn at the 2nd, if not the 3rd exercise type. I really like your workouts and I love your style, so I am not hating you when my muscles burn )), only appreciate that!!! The only exercise I skip is the last one - I feel pain in the area of my breast (suppose heart), so find it a bit risky for myself. The rest is awesome, you are the best!!!

Autumn, is is better to do each exercise one after the other, then repeat the whole circuit three times, or is is better to do three sets of 15 reps for one exercise, then for the second, and so on?

great video! when I go to the park and get on the push up bars it works my shoulders (which I don't necessarily want) so along with my arm slimmers I will definitely incorporate these tricep exercises. did you mention the lb weights to use?

Hi Autumn. Thanks SO MUCH for this video. I am incredibly insecure about my arms, I won't even wear tank tops because of it. I have been working out for years (beachbody programs) and I feel no matter what I do or how I each I have terrible stubborn fat on my arms that won't go away. I am hoping if I add these additional tricep workouts to my arms day it will really help. I also struggle with the ugly fat that is between the front of my shoulders and chest. It looks like fat spillage especially over my bras. Any advice?
