I think this album is much more interesting than the last album! It's awesome! I almost thought for a while Avantasia couldnt come with more interesting albums for me, like with so many other bands. I was really wrong this time and including Geoff Tate in this album makes it really cool! Avantasia brought out the best of him. You're a beast, Tobi!

I'm sad about Meatloaf... That would have been so epic. I really admire Tobi's ability to write something but then have a different vocalist in mind (especially if it's someone like Meatloaf) to sing the track.

When I first heard "Mystery of a Blood Red Rose" long ago, I swore that I said it sounded like a Meatloaf song. I didn't find out until much later that it was written with Meatloaf in mind. That is the brilliant writing genius that is Tobias Sammet.
