I have been watching gaz for years and years and years, from the time he was in his apartment with the beautiful plants hanging down to him sitting on this mountainside with his garden. I will tell you right now I have never seen another soul on this Earth. Look at food the way that I do until I started watching him. His descriptions, his passion for how things look and textures etc. I'm not going to lie. It is 1 million% sexy. His sensual description of food is so irresistible every video he puts out. The sincerity, authenticity and enthusiasm that runs through every video is utterly gorgeous. I'm wondering: Does the mac'n'cheese freeze OK? I want to do this for meal prep and... Could I easily substitute jackfruit for the mushrooms? I think I would need to pull the jackfruit before cooking, and add aromatics earlier on. I think the sauce might work as is with jackfruit? Thanks for brightening up the winter months and making life more fun :)

This was amazing... didnt have all the ingredients for the bbq sauce but used some that i had in my fridge already. i live in the states and for the vegan cheese i used a daiya blocks (smoked gouda and cheddar), shredded with a grater. Daiya shreds are not as good for the melty texture and cheese taste. My non-vegan boyfriend loved this!
