Anyone else get the vibe that Mr. Lang comes accross as your everyday man? You can just about imagine having him and his family over for dinner and not have to worry about impressing them or not, lol. This is a great example of coming to terms with growing old and still being in shape. He was really buff back in the day and a lot of men wouldn't accept their natural decline. This guy didnt give up he just changed his regime. We can all hope to be in this kind of shape by the time were in our 70s

I was so happy for him when it was announced that he would be returning to work on Avatar, and it's inspiring that he was able to maintain excellent physical condition after 13 years. Flexibility is the most important component of physical fitness and the most overlooked. Most back injuries are caused by being too tight not because of weakness. People mainly work out because of cosmetic reasons not for their health that’s why they don’t spend time stretching.
