@@JNDReacts 🤔 ah I didn’t even think of TLoK. Well, I think this is a clear continuity error. Oh well, book 2 of Korra does mess with established lore so I shouldn’t be surprised by such a big contradiction
@JNDReacts8 ай бұрын
@@blackcatbrewz Timelines in general seem to be Bryke’s only weakness. Even throughout ATLA the timeline of the fire lords doesn’t make any sense, like when Sozin (and Roku) had their children. And there’s a direct contradiction about Azulon’s reign, because at his funeral in Zuko Alone it’s said that he was fire lord for 23 years, which would have to mean Sozin lived for like another 70 years after the genocide. They also had that issue with Kyoshi’s timeline, so they just decided to say she lived to be 230. But on the wiki Sozin’s reign is said to have ended 20 years after the genocide, and they’ve retconned Azulon’s reign to be 75 years. I’ve just decided to take Roku’s comment to Jeong Jeong as hyperbole. Especially because, at least from what I’ve heard, Wan’s story was originally intended to be in ATLA but they couldn’t fit it in.

And I know if I don't like something, I can just leave and watch other channels. But it would be really nice if whenever you discuss something off topic, unrelated or something basically drag your attention away from the show, you could just agree on pausing the show for a moment. I think we're all ok with pausing for discussing. Other than not paying attention. I don't want to sound like a jerk but I honestly tired of reactors not doing the one thing they say they would do in a react video. How could you react if you don't pay attention? To other channels doing reaction with the same problem, I would just leave, unsubscribe (if I have subscribed before) and ignore them. But I honestly find you guys fun and don't want to give up on y'all so I really look forward to see this problem solved. To me it's ok to pause for discussion.
