Hello everyone! This video is about a moment of wellness that you can have an experience with called the "Chakra" journey! Mr. Chakra is in the video to help me as our demonstrator. He is actually handmade in India by artisans using sustainable mango wood.
A lot of people do not know that the name "Aveda" comes from the word Ayurveda, a 5000 year old healing tradition from India that uses a holistic approach to beauty, wellness, and well-being. The video speaks to how to balance our 7 "Chakras" which is a wheel of energy that affects our health and well-being within our bodies.
