Sure compared to those two Sounding the Seventh Trumpet was shit😂😂, but still a part of the band and the evolution of their sound through the years as a band.

Okay, so we all know, as well as the band knows that the Rev is irreplaceable and life goes on, but god damn, Brooks did AMAZING on his part! It’s almost like he asked himself, what would Jimmy do? Just nailed it, and made sure to keep the sound in tact, it just sounded like rev was playing on this track. Or at the least I felt that. Brooks is a great musician and fits the band very well, and he seems to get along. These guys are a close knit group so they are passionate and I feel that in the music. That’s my 2 cents so to speak. I’d like to know any other thoughts from fellow fans, would love to read your opinions
@clappypoophands6 жыл бұрын
As a drummer myself, the shit Brooks does is FuCkInG iNsAnE. Although the Rev is irreplaceable, Brooks does a great job making the drums be at the same level as the other musical elements, like M's voice or Syn's guitar or Jonny 's bass or Zacky's rhythm. They all do a great job but the drums on the last album just didn't do the band any justice. They weren't bad they fit the tracks but they could have been better and now they are.

Why do people hate on this album I think it’s almost a masterpiece. Like if you agree
@TheSunPeeledDown6 жыл бұрын
I honestly haven’t seen much hate at all for this album actually. Fans of all albums and styles seem to appreciate this. Got the duels, the melodies, harmonies, strings, a few screams, sonically smooth, riffs and solos out the wazoo so not much to complain about.
@LordOfTerra6 жыл бұрын
@@TheSunPeeledDown when it first came out the hate was high but i think its because there music has more of a grown up tone to it, which is so much better as their music has grown with them. Basically due to it sounding different people wereny happy.
@Butterpants19876 жыл бұрын
people hate on this album? musically its easily one of the best albums ever put out. say what you want about a7x but when it comes to songwriting nobody comes close these days.

@@TransDrummer1312 OMG u so dumb. You don't even know what is happening here in Brazil, the left-wing candidate is corrupt and stupid, because his government plan was to write a new constitution to give more power to the executive power, and this is dictatorship. AND Brazil is tired of his party(PT) destroying our country, Brazil was the 5th biggest economy before Lula(PT) became president, since then we fell to the 13th position and Brazil has the biggest anti-corruption investigation in the world, and all of this is PT's fault. Oh, I forgot to mention that Lula is in jail for corruption and Fernando Haddad(PT's candidate for this election) is also being investigated for corruption. This "dictator" you say is called Jair Bolsonaro and he's the only hope for our broke country. You dumb people say he's going to bring dictatorship back just because he's a former military, and this is just stupid, his government plan has nothing to deal with dictatorship, his economically liberal plan will help Brazil become "great again". Please, if you want to say something about another country, please, just study about it a little bit

This gives so much clarity to what the guys meant by saying they melded 3 songs together to make this one. I would've loved to hear the ending as a ballad, like Syn said. It's amazing how different it sounds. The layers to this song make it a true masterpiece.
@TheWordImmanuel6 жыл бұрын
Hell yeah! The Stage is seriously one of the best metal tracks ever! Also the fact the M. Shadows doesn't need to add any extra effects like Auto tune to his voice really shows just how amazing of a singer he is 6:04

This song got me back into avenge. Made me realise that synyster is definetly up there with the top rock guitar players. He can play those fast parts so cleanly.
