Hawkeye and Ant Man weren’t in Infinity War but both characters were crucial in Endgame. It’s most likely the situation with Dr Strange missing in Doomsday but crucial in Secret Wars. He’ll come back from the dark dimension to a new world. That Doom created in Doomsday having him be the only person to remember the old 616, sorta similar to the comics.

People keep saying how the Fantastic Four won't have enough interaction with RDJ's Doctor Doom in their movie before Doomsday, but it can still work. Loki was the first villain for the Avengers to face and that was only Loki's second movie. We got to see him do the stuff he did in the first Thor movie. So depending how they write Doom, I'm sure they'll figure out how to make it work.

I can see Strange assemble a multiversal Avengers and Spider-Man being like Thor in Infinity War. In that movie, he spent more time with the Guardians so I can totally see Spidey teaming up with the F4.

Spider-Man King in Black: Peter Parker will wake up on Battleworld with no memory of Earth-616, also MJ and the Avengers will remember that Peter Parker is Spider-Man thanks to Doctor Doom, then Spider-Man will team up with Vulture, Morbius, Kraven The Hunter, Madame Web and Julia Carpenter as Spider-Woman to fight Knull and stop the Symbiote invasion of Battleworld, we will even have Tom Hardy voice the Venom Symbiote during the movie, maybe Tobey McGuire's Spider-Man and Andrew Garfield's Spider-Man will team up with Tom Holland's Spider-Man again, who knows, maybe Shang-Chi will work beside them. Doctor Strange III: Doctor Strange and Clea will be helping Dormammu stop an Incursion in the Dark Dimension, and maybe Doctor Strange will meet the TVA learning about the Multiversal War, maybe Doctor Strange even learns that Doctor Doom is a sorcerer and Mordo will probably be the main villain, maybe at the end, Doctor Strange will travel to Earth-10005 and meet the X-Men, Binary and Deadpool and reunite with Monica Rambeau. Avengers Secret Wars: Doctor Strange, the X-Men, Binary, Deadpool and Monica Rambeau will wind up on Battleworld the only ones who remember the Multiverse, and will find there old allies from across the Multiverse, who have no memory, Doctor Doom will kill Doctor Strange, then Mister Fantastic, Spider-Man or Deadpool will be the one to defeat Doctor Doom, saving everyone and creating a new Sacred Timeline as the next He Who Remains.

I think Doomsday and Secret Wars are going to be amazing if the Russo Brothers are making it! Avengers Infinity Wars had me going😂 when they killed off the characters we loved. I was heartbroken and pissed i left the theater lost in emotion. The Hulk got stomped and the snap happen omg it was too much. When peter started to disappear i was in tears. Thanos killing Gamora. I was like wtf is going on? Then vision and groot black panther. I was emotionally exhausted but the movie was brilliant. The action scenes, the humor. Then End Game mended my heart. I was mad as hell at Marvel. I been a fan of all the Marvel Movies but Avengers Infinity Wars is special. The Xmen Days of Future past I thought that was bad ass. That should have been 2 movies. I think that was the best movie of that series. They could have did so much more with it! They can never get the Phoenix Saga Right! Im excited to see what brilliance the Russos bring to the silver screen! Captain America Civil War was another unexpected treat

But then again, Doctor Strange MoM was set in November 2024 and Doomsday is likely set in 2027 because the latest MCU stuff is December 2026 and the Multiverse is likely to be destroyed in Doomsday. This means America would’ve been training for 2 years and a few months. Idk if that’s enough to master her powers but it’s definitely enough to have significant control over them. So maybe she could be the transport across the multiverse for the heroes.

I think Deadpool will be the one to defeat Doctor Doom, at the end of Avengers Secret Wars, pulling an "I Am Iron Man" moment. Too many characters that general audiences don’t care about. Spider-Man is the only sure thing. They HAVE to nail Reed Richards in FF 2025 and subsequently Doom. I have my doubts it can happen but hey, they have proven me wrong before.

With Dr. Doom as the main villain, even if it's Tony Stark, the Fantastic Four are the classic opponents of Dr. Doom. Whoever they have, I'm sure they'll fit, and won't just feel like characters thrown in just to have them.
