Tony Stark was always my favorite character, and it's gonna be tough watching the coming movies knowing the best character isn't coming back. For a long time I always thought I loved him because he was a witty genius with all the one-liners and the coolest suit. That's still true, but it wasn't until the buildup to Endgame that I saw the best part about him - how he truly embodies the idea of learning from his mistakes. Because as you showed in your video, he never makes the same mistake twice. And I think that's something everyone should aspire to. Love you 3000, Mr. Stark.
@clockworkkirlia74755 жыл бұрын
For me, one of the points of him was always that he always fixes his mistakes... but often he doesn't have enough time to ensure that the fix isn't a mistake. Hence... well, everything the messes up, always to fix the world in some way. This time he had five long years to make everything perfect, even if he didn't realise every little detail he was fixing.

Not too many people look into computer programming but in the basic form of learning to code. Booleans are a huge factor in learning. What I always found to be really cool was thanos saying I am enivitable. Well when doctor strange have Tony the look. He held up just one finger. For me and learning coding and seeing Tony stark complete the loop in that diarama where he essentially figured out time travel. This was him acknowledging thanos as a value like in a coding program. Booleans are weird but essentially the user defines whether or not something has value or not. The whole build up of Tony fighting thanos started with that nightmare he had where he saw everyone die and when he realized he was living the possibility of his greatest fear. He decided to change the outcome by sacrificing himself. His ego, his success his fears, his entire being. He always treated himself as the one but in that moment he flipped it, making himself be insequential because his fear was thanos and the moment he faced his fear and devalued him. He ended the cycle. Like it fascinates me on just how much detail is in these films. The entire marvel line up essentially is a infinite loop and you can watch it from the start and keep watching it with zero hiccups because it makes sure it connects entirely for that one moment to work out

Something I still dont understand, maybe someone does know the answer to this .. The ancient one explained to banner that a universe is pretty much screwed if the infinity stones arent present, because it makes that universe somehow more vulnerable to evil forces or whatever. But Thanos snapped away the stones and Captain America returned the stones to their own original timelines / universes. Doesnt that mean there are no more infinity stones in the current MCU continuation? And therefore that universe is now all fucked up?
@chakchakswags5 жыл бұрын

Tony Stark is an irreplaceable character. But I don't think he created that gauntlet on his own. I think Rocket brought back Eitri's gauntlet from Titan II after Thor cut Thanos' arm off. And I think Tony and Rocket and Banner studied it back on Earth and reverse engineered it and also improved on it a lot.

The one Thanos had was really busted after two snaps. I even suspect it was probably fused to his hand since he kept it on even after he destroyed the stones. Studying that one and combined with the knowledge he had with Vision could have certainly helped him make a working gauntlet even if he had no stones on hands to test it.

7:09 the tech that vision was made out of wasn't just Tonys tech, he was also largely made out of vibrianium, which Tony's gauntlet didn't have, in fact, you can see the gauntlet struggling not to fall to pieces.
