Proud of you. I attend Full Sail and will be graduating next year. I love Full Sail University. I understand responding to others on discussion boards that are not in my area of study, I am a music production student and I just feel that those in the same field as I am would understand me and all questions or frustrations I have. I believe in you and I know you will succeed in all you do.

I wish there was more career development courses. What I love about music is also what I hate about music is the flexibility and freedom. There’s no roadmap like computer science or medicine.

I agree, there has been a ton of invaluable information that I had to seek for myself that unfortunately classes either didn't cover or quickly brushed over. Sync licensing for example, would have been an awesome topic to dive further into amongst the online class however at no point was ever mentioned how to even get started navigating those waters.

Can you appreciate real great artists like Frédéric Chopin? 😊you must if you are all into orchestral genre
@TheEaglesRage8 ай бұрын
I absolutely can, especially since modern orchestral music evolved from similar styles like Chopin.

Hey thanks for stopping by! So I am actually uploading a video on this very topic as we speak and should go live by Monday. Overall, I’ve absolutely enjoyed my time at Full Sail. I genuinely feel that I gained a lot of great tools that definitely helped refine my sound as well as the many networking opportunities from both peers and faculty. Do I recommend going into debt for this school is a different response. As much as I enjoyed my time, the Full Sail price tag is almost too steep to justify having to pay loans off for about a decade especially since there are other alternatives out there providing the same information for much less. If it wasn’t for the military covering my tuition here, I don’t think I would have made the same decision to attend. Don’t get me wrong, I really enjoyed my time here but I also think a lot of people get sucked into their marketing campaigns which gets prospective students all starry-eyed in hopes to quickly sign the dotted line. Remember, this school is a For Profit school, so the more people they can get through the door the better. Overall, the curriculum was great however I think if you have the chance to really think it over, I would highly recommend doing so. Thank you again for stopping by, I hope I answered your question. If not feel free to reach out anytime.

@@TheEaglesRage Aye bro thanks for the quick response. What was your MOS in the army? I was 11B currently waiting on my application for Voc Rehab, so fingers crossed it goes through. Thanks for sharing this video and giving some perspective into the process and how the school functions. I hope you keep making videos showing how you climb the industry ladder. Wishing nothing but luck and success to you brother.

@@VigoBeatz Any time big guy and thank you so much! In the Army I was 31B for a good majority of my career. I had literally a one month break in service when I found out I was getting ready to have a little boy added to my family photo where I turned right back around and signed back up 🤣. From there I transfered into a reserve unit out in Nashville Tennessee to reclass into 68E in hopes to get into forensic dentistry. I rode that contract out until 2021 when I decided to hang up the uniform for good. Thats awesome you have the Voc Rehab program to back you, matter of fact I have a close buddy I met in school that utilized it as well and graduated last month. Give me a sec to find his channel and I'll kick it your way. His content is specifically geared to showcase his process of navigating those waters and it might be a good watch for you.
