I’ve been watching these reviews for a few weeks now, and today I bought a bamboo gtr all terrain thanks to these reviews. I’ve got to say these are 5 star reviews. I am coming off of a boosted stealth and I have high expectations. Thank you!

Andrew Moore so what’s the verdict compared to a boosted board
@andrewmoore18004 жыл бұрын
michael nyman well the main issue with purchasing a boosted board now is that they are out of business. So there are no warranty’s, you can’t send it anywhere if you need it repaired, so if it’s broken, it’s broken. So there is still a website you can go to to buy boosted products because someone bought the rest of boosted’s remaining inventory. But as the days pass, more and more stuff will sell out and once it’s gone, it’s gone forever. Then you have to resort to eBay, which I learned the hard way that with boosted products it’s very easy to get scammed. Boosted boards are still a top notch brand even out of business, but if you are thinking of buying one, I would say you should really know how to repair it. At the end of the day boosted boards are risky to get now and if you are looking for a very solid and premium brand you should go with something that has a support team and can help, and that brand seems to be evolve.

Do 180’s damage the motors, belts or gears?

Awesome video guys!!! One of your best IMO! Super clear and helpful! Great idea! Issue with the longboard at: how do you go back to your ride once you’ve done the 180 as there is no tail to do an easy 180 again?
@theAussie014 жыл бұрын
You need to adapt without the tail. It can be done with or without.Rotate at hips to spin it back 180......back to normal riding.

Can anyone tell me about Hunter boards... looks amazing, there saying they invented a new way to stear,what are they talking about. Their independent suspension looks impressive. Thoughts??

You have me interested to see that steering design/truck set up.

Recently discovered the channel, really great info guys! Would you do a short board range test shootout maybe? Pick a short board each, same trip, and see who runs out first?

Hey, I was wondering which board (carbon) or (bamboo) to get. I ride a round the whole city for a long time, and was wondering which one would be more comfortable.

I got the bamboo and it’s incredible

Great vid! Looks like you already have heaps of suggestions but a review of the super 73 bike would be mad content for the future aswell 🤟

I don't think that bike is a very good shout in the EU. Max 250 watts, no throttle except for "walk assist" which isn't a useful throttle. I don't think with those power limitations and speed limitations make it a good deal. If you can buy in America or Canada and bring with you that's cool. You can't order from those countries in the EU to get 750 watt Varients, I tried was a no-go. So in summary as long as you don't care about not having a throttle and will be riding on flat ground at 15mph then maybe it's for you. That's a few too many limitations for me so I went for the evolve GTR.

No mention of break or throttle.

I have the boosted stealth, but its way too heavy to do tricks or slide - thanks for posting

gtr carbon is slightly heavier than a boosted stealth

"Of course wear all the safety gear..." He says while showing a video of him in no helmet or pads :\ Props for the skills though guys. I didn't even know it was possible to slide an AT board on tarmac.
@contorta9604 жыл бұрын
Haha when I hit the skatepark not many folks wear helmets... I only wear mine for the road. For off road skating then it's not as dangerous. I think cars are the real danger. To each their own anyway. This dude mostly wears a helmet. And his friend that doesn't that's his choice. To each their own.

Obviously wear safety gear and choose a location that is safe when learning something challenging.

you should start using the word “ Essentially” in your videos. you guys never say that word 😂😂😂😂😂. good video as always brotha

Him doing it on AT wheels makes me confident that I can do it on my stock boosted stealth😅
@asdfdfggfd4 жыл бұрын
I would say first lesson to doing skate tricks is... Put on knee pads, now jump down on your knees. See how it doesn't hurt? Next thing, lose the skinny jeans, and get some baggy jeans, baggy jeans or cargo pants offer stupidly more fall protection than skinny jeans. See 90's fashion. /bringing back holey jeans.

Because I ride so much differently than you guys, I have always avoid your channel. I dislike evolve bc of their remote, and their pompous attitude. I love them cloud wheels for more of a in between AT and Street. But your podcast are really great, and with more videos like this, I would definitely subscribe to your channel.
@theAussie014 жыл бұрын
Pompous attitude.....mate...it's an Aussie company. I do not get this impression . Evolve are great to deal with to be honest. Lots of good reviews. Enjoy skating how you skate, your way is the best for you. Its really that simple.
