It always kills me when I read stuff like this. Either you don't pay attention for shit, or your professor isn't cut out to profess. I'd assume the former because people have been receiving education long before KZbin years and research hasn't stagnated. There is absolutely no way in hell a 2 min simplified video teaches you more than a PhD in the field would in an hour. But to your point - yes, this video is really great at getting the point across efficiently.

@@Brickswol it's not about the content "to be taught", it's about the students/person "is actually getting" what I'm saying. You can invest an hour in teaching materials required/experimental apparatus etc. but what about the "concept"? Not all Ph.D holders are "good" teachers and also not all "good" teachers are Ph.D holders. Teaching is an art...

I've figured it out~ in your statement, the thing that could not covert R to S is DNAase, not DNA(in the video they said it is DNA treatment which is the same thing as DNAse) what is DNAse? -> an enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolytic cleavage of phosphodiester linkages in the DNA backbone, thus degrading DNA. -> degrading DNA means DNA cannot function normally, so in the experiment, it could not act as the genetic material and could not convert R to S~ In other 4 cases in the experiment/video, because DNA is still there(isn't degraded), R is converted to S~ hope it's helpful to you
