The kitchen offers a spectacular view at the expense of upper cabinets. There is a good-sized pantry, but perhaps the office could be sacrificed to have full-length cabinets on that wall and the remainder of the space used for a storage closet.

Great music, again! I love love love the bookcase, fireplace, bookcase concept; modern fireplace works! Maybe a different color but it's working. Windows and curtains in living room, yes! I will say there should be a design or pictures above that blank space at top of bookcase. I got it! More shelves with a attached ladder of some sort? Wood cabinets by patio door, purpose? So much wood again maybe try a different type of wood? The kitchen is nice overall but change out the cabinets. Maybe open cabinets. Also stainless still appliances, the black is not very appealing to the eye. Office is cute but bookshelf makes it look a little tight. Master bathroom is too small. There should be more lights around the mirror but the design of it is nice. Tub and shower should be combined to give appearance of a bigger space. Master bedroom is NICE, wish we could have seen the closet? Laundry room is doable. I like that the master and the other bedrooms are on different sides of home. Other bedrooms are nice but shared bathroom should have a double sink. Great job overall. The vids keep getting better and I can't wait for the next one! 😁

It's a beautiful house, but why that kitchen? There is no where to put my plates, glasses, and bowls. I don't want to go to the pantry for a glass. Also, the shower by the master bath is so dark and small. You have to make it so you can at least use a walker to get in shower. I know, I used to not think of that myself, but as I get older, I have too.

It’s got a nice size sitting room, but those windows??? It’s just wasted space really I think, maybe it could become an attic space, it isn’t practical to have such high ceilings where we live as it can get extremely cold and we do occasionally have a summer, so those windows would be a nightmare if facing eastward, I like the bedrooms, not too big or too small but where is the front door? I can’t find it!

Not a fan of a washer and dryer where the dryer cannot be vented directly outside and I’m not a fan of that roof system. Not quite the open concept floor plan I am looking for. The windows, although magnificent in the kitchen decrease storage space for much needed items that I prefer not to store in a pantry. The guest bedrooms are on the small side, but the bathroom is fine. The master suite is lovely. Dining area is also fine as is the living room, although it does feel a little smallish. It is a hound that I could live in, but I would prefer to have what I want and this is not it. Thank you for the attached garage.
